My name is Michael Alexander Barnes I am fitness consultant, personal trainer, and nutrition advisor. I have 15 years of experience with various levels of clients from AAA hockey players, CFL players, Nationally and Internationally qualified bodybuilding athletes to working mom’s and dad’s.
